2. On-Site Consultation: Following the initial call, we will schedule an on-site visit to thoroughly discuss your ideas. During this meeting, which will last up to one hour, we will listen to your concepts, provide constructive feedback, and suggest potential improvements to enhance your design. 
3. Follow-Up Email:  After the on-site consultation, we will compile all the helpful tips, insights, and recommendations discussed and send them to you via email. This follow-up ensures you have a clear and actionable plan to move forward with your renovation or refurbishment project. 

The space planning service is an excellent way to determine the best layout for your home. We start by visiting your house and conducting a site survey. Through a detailed questionnaire, we gather information about your requirements. We then explore various layout options and present the one that works best for you. We ensure different options are considered before finalising the layout, striving to make the best use of space and ensure great circulation.

4. Layout Exploration: After the site survey, we will explore various layout options and develop the best possible design.
5. Presentation and Feedback: The final layout will be presented to you in an online meeting, showcasing a 2D floor plan and supporting images for clarity. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request one revision if needed.
6. Final Layout: Any required amendments will be made, and the final layout will be sent to you as a PDF file via email.

   A professional will review your ideas and provide direction for the style and theme of your home. We will determine your taste in interiors by showing you a variety of images. Then, we will create a mood board with physical samples and present it to you.

2. Telephone Consultation: We will have a telephone consultation to discuss the room in detail. During this call, we will gather basic information about the room’s purpose and how it is used. This will help us understand the direction for the mood board.
3. Style Preferences Presentation: Based on our initial conversation, we will prepare a presentation showcasing various styles and images. We will review these with you to identify your preferences and dislikes. Depending on your location, this meeting can be held online or in person.
4. Mood Board Creation: Using the gathered information, we will create a comprehensive mood board. This will include colors, materials, images, furniture, and physical samples.
5. Presentation and Feedback: The mood board will be presented to you in person and sent via email. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request one revision if needed.
6. Final Mood Board: Any required amendments will be made, and the final mood board will be sent to you via email.

We will present the items to you, and you can provide feedback on what you like and don’t like until we have the right selections. We can source furniture items such as sofas and wardrobes, as well as detailed items like cutlery and vases.

2. Sourcing Items: Based on your preferences, we will source all the required items within your budget and style.
3. Presentation and Feedback: We will present the sourced items to you in an online meeting. You can provide feedback on the selections, letting us know what you like and what you want to change.
4. Revised Selection: We will source new items to replace any that you didn’t like and present the updated selections to you.
5. Final List: Once you are satisfied with the selections, we will provide you with a comprehensive list of all the items, including images, links, prices, and any available discount codes.

  We can design your bespoke joinery and provide the technical drawings, ready for the joiner to build. This can be a freestanding piece of furniture, like a desk, or a fitted piece, such as a built-in wardrobe. You will be able to see your joinery in 2D or 3D.

2. Questionnaire: We will send you a tailored questionnaire to ensure we have considered all aspects of your project.
3. Site Survey and Discussion: We will visit your site to examine the space, take measurements, and discuss design solutions based on your questionnaire responses.
4. Design Proposal via Video Call: We will prepare a 3D design and present it to you during an online video meeting. You can provide feedback, and we will make necessary amendments. Once you are satisfied with the design, we will proceed with the technical drawings.
5. Final Design Presented On-Site: We will visit you on-site to present the final design, which will include the revised 3D model, a floor plan, front elevation, inside elevation, and side elevation of the bespoke piece. You will receive a hard copy of the drawings and PDF files via email.
